GF Friendliness

Manageable

Czech Republic is doable for celiac travelers, but it takes some legwork. Traditional cuisine leans heavily on dumplings, breaded meats, and flour-thickened sauces, so you won't be casually sampling the local classics. The upside is strong EU labeling, well-stocked supermarket GF sections, and a handful of dedicated GF restaurants in Prague. Bring a Czech-language celiac card, lean on self-catering from the excellent grocery options, and you'll eat well enough.
