2009 Celiac Diagnosis
16+ Years GF Traveling

I was diagnosed with Celiac disease in 2009 — back when gluten-free wasn't a trend, it was a medical necessity that most restaurants had never heard of. There was just me, a list of ingredients I knew I had to avoid, and blind hope.

So this site is my travel journal! Every country on that map is somewhere I've actually been, and every pin is a place I've either eaten, stayed, explored, or researched — with notes on what was safe, what you can't miss, and occasionally what was both.

I built this for myself, my family, and my friends, but if you're a fellow Celiac traveler looking for real recommendations from someone who's been there and eaten there (without getting sick), I hope it's useful to you too.
